DESIGN POSITION:

For our first position(s) we are offering a paid design position/internship at Slovakian Dreams™

Design Team/ Design Internship Requirements:

Designing tasks and taking part in the development of two collections per season

-Good understanding of Slovakian Dreams design aesthetic

-Researching various themes within the collection concepts

-Preparing and helping during the realisation of the collections

-Creating detailed digital drawings and (tech pack knowledge optional)

-Realizing ideas in 2D and toiles and mock ups 

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

   - Strong knowledge about Menswear and / or Womenswear

   - Good understanding of design aesthetic and softwares (Adobe, Gimp, Photoshop, Etc) (1 Or Multiple) 

   - Awareness of ongoing trends with the motivation to contribute interesting ideas

  -  Fast learner with a positive and proactive attitude

   - (Bonus/Not Required) Understanding of accessory design software and design aesthetic 

These positions are available between 2-4 people and 2 positions are paid as a part of the Slovakian Dreams™ design team. 2 design internship positions are available as well, this is an unpaid position.

OPERATIONS MANAGER ASSISTANT:

Skills/Requirements:

• Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
• Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities 
• Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits
• Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
• Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market
• Must have a BA degree ideally in operations management
• 1-3 Years of Experience Wanted
• Must have an understanding of the Slovakian Dreams aesthetic and business in order to have this position
